Refund Policy

We Have simple 10 Days Refund policy under which you can return a product received in a damaged or defective condition. Any Product, purchased from the Website, can be Eligible For returned/Refund within 10 days of delivery of the same to Buyer by placing a Return/Refund request by Logging In Account And Raise Complaint Online Or calling To Our Customer Support Helpline .

Any Product purchased from the Website can be returned only if the Product :

  • Product Recieved damage/Broken
  • Product Size/Colour Different
  • Prouct Recived Not As Per Description
  • Wrong Product Deliverd
  • Item Missing In Order

The Buyer shall ensure that he/she does not accept the delivery of any Product whose original packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner.

In the event if Buyer, on removing the packaging of the Product, finds the Product is damaged and/or defective and/or is different from the Product that was ordered, Buyer shall immediately inform us on Customer Support Helpline about such damage and/or defect and/ or difference and In case of Cancellation (Return / Replacement) of order after delivery of the Product to Customer, the Company May arrange pick up of the Product to be returned Or In case of Reverse Pickup Service Not Available Than Buyer will Retun Product Back, You do not have to worry about the courier charges at all. In case, you return the product via courier Charges Bear By Customer Will Be Refunded In Credit Points Of Same Value.

Refunds are based on the mode of payment used to place the order initially. Below are the refund modes initiated by us for various payment options:

 

a. Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking

If Credit card, Debit card or Internet banking was used as the mode of payment while placing the order, your refund will be credited back to the respective credit/debit card/internet banking account provided at the time of placing the order. We initiate refund within a maximum of 10 working days after receipt of the product by us or our Merchants. However, it may take up to 7-10 working days for the respective banks to process the refund and reflect in your credit/debit card statement or internet banking account. Please get in touch with your bank directly in case of any delays after the confirmation of refund.

 

b. Cash on Delivery / Cheque / Demand Draft.

If the order was placed using payment option as Cash on Delivery,Cheque or Demand Draft, we will refund your money through a cheque in favour of the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order.

 

c. Gift Certificates / Gift Vouchers

If you have used a Gift Certificate / Gift Voucher for placing the order, refund would be provided only in the form of a fresh Gift Certificate / Gift Voucher of the same value. The same cannot be redeemed either in cash or cheque.

If Any Promotion/Discount Applied Time of Placing Order Will Not Refunded Only Orginal Amount Will Be Refund No Warranty for Freebies.

Free gifts given with any of the Product purchased from the Website will not be exchanged and/or covered under any kind of warranty. It is expressly provided that if any Products are not available with the Company for an exchange, the money shall be refunded to the Buyer in accordance with the Refund Policy of the Company as set out herein.
